Dim view of entrepreneurship :- FAILURE
Failure isn’t failure unless you learn from it.

Entrepreneurs should approach business with a positive attitude and fearless enthusiasm. One should not be ashamed of fear of failure rather embrace it as a motivation for success. Many successful entrepreneurs in most cases were riddled with failures before they succeed. It’s not always necessary that an entrepreneur carry on with his business successfully.
Here are the examples of some of the entrepreneurs who failed in business before getting successful:-
Walt Disney is the businessman behind the very successful theme park “Walt Disney World“. Walt Disney was reportedly fired by a newspaper editor for not having good ideas and no imagination. Disney World is currently valued at $35 Billion dollars.
Famous Persons
Steve Jobs was actually fired from Apple Computers, the very company that he is responsible for making it the success it is today. When Jobs was fired from Apple, he was quoted stating “I didn’t see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.”
Oprah WinfreyHailed as the “ Queen of Daytime Talk TV” Winfrey was fired from her news reporter gig at a Baltimore news station. Oprah went on to build a successful following from her daytime talk show “The Oprah Winfrey Show”. Oprah’s net worth is currently valued at 2.7 billion dollars.

Colonel Sanders is the entrepreneur who founded KFC “Kentucky Fried Chicken” when he was 56 years old. His recipe was reportedly rejected over 1,000 times before a restaurant picked it up.
These stories prove that in business sometimes failure can be our best motivator.
Due to lack of knowledge, lack of money and may be many other reasons you can face many hindrances. That is the time to prove your abilities. Have faith in yourself. Don’t focus on problems, instead find solutions. To be a successful entrepreneur you should learn to embrace your problems and not focus on them. As said by Stephen Cover….

Self growth is tender, Its holy ground. There is no great investment. You should not compare yourself with others. Be unique and prove your individuality. Instead of feeling jealous on others success, admire the success of others.

Believe in yourself enough to accept the idea that you have an equal right to it

It’s better for a start-up entrepreneur to begin with smaller goals such as setting up your own website or acquiring your first customer etc. and building on those successes.
By achieving positive results consistently on a smaller scale you can build a momentum for success later. So facing fear is the best way to overcome it. Don’t view fears as negative. Take it positively as a platform for success. Success takes a spirit of adventure and an aptitude for bravery. It isn’t that brave don’t fear. But they choose to move forward anyway.

Do the things you fear and continue to do so. This is the quickest and surest way of all victory over fear.
